Halo 2 , with Starkey’s all new Synergy chip platform is the only platform to feature quad core twin compressor technology. Synergy, in combination with Acuity OS, Starkey's new high-definition operating system, enables speech and music to be processed uniquely for the first time ever – advancing speech audibility and listening enjoyment of music in all environments.   Halo 2,  Muse,and SoundLens hearing aids (all built on the Synergy platform) are all  high-end hearing aids with 16 to 24 channels of operation and adjustment. Speech Processing, Music Optimization, Noise Management, Wind Noise Management, and Directional processing all increase in sophistication as you move from the i1600, to the i2000, and finally the i2400. Some of the features are the same in all 3 models: Feedback Management, Tinnitus Masking, Frequency Lowering (if required), and Wireless Accessory Compatibility.

The Halo 2 can be fitted to mid-to-moderate hearing losses as well as very severe hearing losses. 

CUSTOM-MADE EARMOLDS

We recommend custom-made earmolds from our earmold lab for severe hearing losses. Custom-made earmolds can also improve retention and ease of use with milder hearing losses.

SmartPhone Apps WITH TruLINK

The TruLink Hearing Control app for both Apple and Android devices provides patients with control to adjust volume, memories and more. There is also a Find My Hearing Aid feature.

SPEECH SHIFT

Engineered to enhance real-time audibility by identifying high-frequency speech cues and replicating them in lower frequencies, Speech Shift is unlike other technologies that apply frequency compression broadly.
